Voltix (the “Company”) processes personal information collected while operating voltix.co.kr (the “Website”) as described below. Personal information processed through the drawing submission and results service at app.voltix.co.kr is governed by the service privacy policy.

1. Information collected and purposes

In the inquiry form, you may provide either a phone number or an email address. The Company collects only the minimum information necessary and does not collect sensitive information or Korean resident registration numbers.

2. Retention and disposal

Inquiry information: retained for one year after a response is completed, then deleted. If you request deletion, it is deleted without delay.
Newsletter email addresses: removed from the mailing list immediately upon unsubscribing.
Automatically collected information: retained according to the relevant analytics or advertising tool’s retention period. Hosting access logs follow the hosting provider’s retention policy.

Information that must be retained under applicable law is kept separately for the legally required period. Electronic files are deleted using methods that prevent recovery.

3. Cookies and automatic collection tools

The Website uses cookies and similar technologies to understand usage and display advertising. Cookies are small text files stored in your browser. You can refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings. You can still read Website articles if you refuse cookies.

Amplitude (web analytics): collects pageviews, sessions, referral sources, and device and browser information to produce Website usage statistics. It does not collect content entered in the inquiry form.
Vercel (hosting and visitor analytics): access records may be generated when serving the Website. Vercel Web Analytics provides pageview, referral source, country, device and browser statistics. These visitor analytics do not use cookies or transmit inquiry form contents.

4. Google advertising (AdSense) and personalized ads

The Website may display ads through Google AdSense. Third-party advertising providers, including Google, may use cookies (such as DoubleClick cookies) and advertising identifiers to show ads based on visits to this and other websites.

The Company does not directly access information collected by advertising providers. Each provider processes information under its own privacy policy.

5. Service providers and third-party disclosure

To operate the Website, the Company entrusts processing to the following providers, or information is transmitted to them during use. Some providers operate servers outside South Korea, including in the United States.

You may request access to, correction or deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal information at any time. Send requests to voltix8559@gmail.com. We will verify your identity and act without delay. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link at the bottom of each email.

7. Security measures

The entire Website uses HTTPS. Only authorized staff can access inquiry information.
The inquiry form uses automated submission prevention and submission rate limits.
Personal information is handled by the minimum number of staff necessary for the work.
